We’ve wanted to do a tiki bar for some time and to make this
concept a reality has been such a fun experience.
Cocktail trends: A lot of tiki. We don’t see it as a fad but a
logical growth in cocktail making. With California essentially
inventing all things tiki, it’s great to see it popping back into
California culture. We are in a state of adventure and escapism.
Rum is such a fun, exciting and versatile spirit. It’s been
great to see San Diego embracing it more than ever.

Cutwater Spirits is making a serious push. Look for these
guys to come out of the gates hot.
